Too many things / channels to keep track of ?

Hi there,

I have recently started taking a break from work before November, and I have had much success with weight loss of over 30 pounds; however, I find myself more busy than ever. I find that I often have this anxiety of missing out on self-help materials like Youtube recommendations, Self Coaching Scholars and every other thing that gets introduced to me. This makes me feel anxious to keep up with everything and information and I feel like I am absorbing as much as I can but I don’t have all the time in the world to learn everything. I have this urgency to see everything and gets uncomfortable when I am behind.

What can I do about it ? Is there anything I can?
