Trouble Naming This Feeling

1 week in with no sugar and no alcohol and doing intermittent fasting. I Have so much time because I spend so little thinking about food. I have gotten a lot done. I have a feeling I can’t name about it. Kind of an emptiness but milder than that. Nothing dramatic – and that is almost it- like I miss the dramatic feeling if that makes sense. Just curious about it and wondered if you had any insights or thoughts? Thanks a ton!
