Tweak Protocol

I have lost 20 pounds while following a precise protocol for the last several months.
I stopped losing weight since three weeks ago.
Weighing myself shows no loss, or even weight gain of 4 pounds.
Here’s the protocol I follow regularly since I started:

Fasting window: 6pm till 1pm the next day (19 Hours)

Lunch 1pm: omelette from 2 eggs, 3 sun-dried tomatoes, sauteed onions and mushrooms, 5 oz. of leafy green salad, 1/2 avocado, 20 cashews.

Dinner 5:30pm: 1.5 cups of cooked peas, 1 cup of sauteed mushrooms and green beans, 1/2 avocado, 20 cashews.

In your opinion, what causes me to not lose or gain weight? How come I lost weight until now following the exact same protocol?
I eat no flour, no sugar, no alcohol, no snacking, no potatoes, no corn, no rice, no grains of any kind.
