Unpleasant Tasks

Hi Brooke! This is more of a time/procrastination question than a relationship question, hope that’s OK. Each day I have some work tasks to do that I don’t enjoy and tend to put off. I also feel this way about going to the gym. I tried using the thought “I’ll feel great when I get this done” to feel motivated but it’s not working so well – perhaps because this still implies to my brain these are tasks I dislike? Are there tasks you have to do that you dislike and just push through – or do you think it’s better to try to change your thoughts about them until they truly feel like things you want to do? Hope that makes sense 😉
