Wanted vs. Unwanted Emotions | DMWC

Could you explain a little more the difference between a wanted feeling that is “negative” and an unwanted feeling (also “negative”) but needed to allow? I’m not 100% clear on this after going through the materials for the month. If you choose to allow an unwanted feeling, doesn’t that make it “wanted”? Or how do you recommend thinking about the two / differentiating? Thanks much.
