Week one help?

Ive struggled with anxious thiughts in my life and sometimes have worried i cant do something i totally can do – for instance ill forget peoples names when introducing or ill miss a serve in volleyball if people watch or ill mess up math if im being watched / its like my confidence is there until im being watched – opo anxiety?? So thiscweeks assignment feels confusing – i notice resistance to question reason for confidence – cause i feel my confidence even with simple rhings can come and go. Im confused how to make this a useful exercise for me
