This week’s podcast – “Foggy”

Just wanted to share an ah-ha moment – while listing to this week’s podcast you mentioned one of the many feelings we have is “fog” and it stopped me in my tracks. Wait, brain fog is a feeling? I was certain this was a circumstance!! I see now, it’s not! I say all the time, “ugh I’m tired. so foggy. not thinking clearly today, etc.” And my day, my thoughts, my work all become scattered. When I did my thought downloads & models around brain fog, I realized, it is a feeling, an indulgent one, and something to work on! Proper time planning would help tremendously in not feeling this way. Thanks, Brooke!
