Worry and anxiety (Nadège)

Dear coach,
Until a few years ago I was utterly convinced that I didn’t have any emotions and, of course, I’m realising it’s not the case and it’s perfect.
So I’m a little confused about some of the emotions I’m learning about. For instance, what’s the difference between worry and anxiety? Is worry about a specific issue and anxiety a more general feeling? Is anxiety stronger than worry?
