When planning revenue for 2020 how do we incorporate our impossible goal? If 2 mil is my impossible revenue goal, it would mean budgeting a certain amount for marketing ad spend. I am currently using a good-better-impossible model with a $500k $750k and 2mil revenue goal. I have ad spend budgeted for the $500k goal and will continue to fail for opportunities that will point me twd the 2 mil. Or do you have a better system?
