Hi there! I’m new to Scholars (yay!) but not to LCS. I am a public school teacher and certified LCS coach, and am back to work on building my business! I have a niche – experienced teachers who are frustrated, stressed, and demoralized, and feel stuck and unable to find meaning in their work. I know there are plenty of unhappy teachers out there – I have 1400 on my email list and over 1,000 likes on my Facebook page. But none of them will buy. So my question is this – can this be my niche if they have a problem, I have a solution, but they don’t seem willing to buy? Is this a niche problem or a marketing problem? I’m convinced my program is good and can make a real difference in the lives of teachers (and their students!). I don’t know how to figure out what is wrong. Thanks for your help!
