Adapting the teachings to offline business


I am taking your course on entrepreneurial management. It’s very clear and helpful, but I have a hard time adapting your teachings to my business, which is offline. I am a film producer, so I create ideas for documentaries and sell them to TV channels. There is no funnel, its all just networking. Plus every film is different: different budget, different funding, different amount of time needed…

I don’t see how I could create processes or ensure repeatability or have stats that inform me about my progress. Do you have any supplementary content for offline businesses and businesses that don’t run on a funnel?
