Hi Brooke,
One of my fails is to reach out to a very well known and highly respected real estate preservationist in Colorado. I would love to spend an hour with her to talk about her successes as failures, the future of the industry, etc. Though she is 86, I think of her as the Oprah of her field!

Two things came up:
1. I thought it would be impossible to get in touch with her. It’s not!!! After some brief research I have her phone number!!!
2. If I am honest, in my wildest dream, I would love to have an ongoing relationship with her.

I wondered if you have any recommendations about how best to approach someone who has been wildly successful?
