April Goal: have one paid client by end of month. A few website/scheduling/payment questions

Hi Brooke! LOVE the April work and my goal is to have 1 client booked and paid by the end of the month (That will be my very first coaching client. I’m coming to coaching certification in August!!!). In order I have a website for my business that has a few blog posts on it. I also have an Aweber account which I think is for my email list but it isn’t linked to my website other than adding email lists to the list. (I.e. I don’t know how to send out a marketing email and then have that link back to my website so people could take action such as booking a mini session or buying a coaching package. Finally I don’t have any way for anyone to pay me.
I am giving a talk this Thursday that is telling my story and an opportunity to market my brand new coaching business. (VERY EXCITED about this opportunity–a fellow woman entrepreneur invited me to speak!) I want to bring a flyer that tells people about the mini-sessions and also the coaching program. Here is my list of questions I need to figure out in order to meet my planned steps for this week prior to Thursday night:
1. Should the flyer even mention that I do 1 on 1 coaching packages, or should I wait to offer that during the mini session itself.
2. How do people actually sign up for the mini session? Can I go old school and have them email me? Should I figure out Acuity or some other scheduling software (never done that, I know I could figure it out but want to concentrate my energy on my content for now, as I’m still creating my coaching program content).
3. How do I have people pay me through my website/ Is that as simple as setting up a button that links to my paypal account? I know I could figure this out.
I am about to watch the Episode on mini sessions from How to be a Life Coach.
Thank you as always for your amazing coaching!
