B- Work

When is B- work okay? Would you be okay with B- work from your employees? I ask because I am a perfectionist, crave validation and was always a A student; but I liked the concept of B- work when you introduced it and it helped me to produce work much more quickly as an entrepreneur (e.g. Writing blogs). However, I do consulting work now as well and find that when producing things for others, I hold myself to another standard and it sometimes creates stress and takes me longer so I can get it to A level. My question is shouldn’t the work be the same, whether it’s for me or someone else and should that work be B- or A. It seems like you would want A level work from the people that work for you, rather than having it done faster at B- Thanks!
