I am starting a Money Mastermind for women in their 30s and have a friend/colleague who is very interested in helping me. We do not have a real agreement about what her involvement will be and I am not sure because I don’t know how this is going to evolve. Eventually she wants to be a coach so I feel I am mentoring her – in my mind, anyway. I think she feels that she will be part of the business, which is not my intent. She may assist me at some point as either a VA, sales person or sub-contractor coach but I don’t know when that will be. I feel like I should have some boundaries, but she wants to help with everything I am doing and we have not established the guidelines because I’m just getting started. Any advice would be appreciated. Love the work you’re doing.
