Breathe in discouragement and take action

While programming my 25 failures for the first quarter, I had the thought: each failure is in itself an impossible goal! I program them maybe a little too big. In short, thoughts that lead to feelings of discouragement. But it’s ok, I breathe in the emotion of discouragement, and I present myself no matter what? Or would it be beneficial to ask myself some good questions so as not to act against me?

Can you guide my thinking a bit? Thank you for your coaching.
