My coaching is with teens and college admission essay writing. My question is regarding my business model. For years, I tutored 1:1 helping teens learn how to write amazing college admission essays. Now, I created an online course that parents pay for and the teens watch my video lessons, read my text lessons, and write their essays. I offer online reviews (which takes up a lot of time) and I tried to offer weekly live classes but the teens are so busy that no one was showing up for the classes. I am trying to scale this program, trying to reshape my business model so that perhaps I offer a monthly membership. However, I am not exactly sure how to do this! Help!
