Hi! I’m in a season right now of getting new systems in place for my coaching business.
For example any systems for consults, on-boarding a client, scheduling, proposals, invoices, keeping track of sessions notes, communicating with a client, etc. I want all of this to be flawless in terms of the customer experience and also my professionalism.

So far I’m using Acuity, Loom, Evernote, Google Docs, Paypal, Zoom.

Do you have any other suggestions for various systems people are using/doing?

(Also: this would be such a cool niche for someone to be a Systems Coach for Coaches!)
