My client is resisting the idea that Circumstances/Facts do not include opinions. Despite rounds of attempt and trying to approach it from a different angle, she would not release that belief.

Instead of continuing the push/pull, can I put her opinion in the C-line like this since this is factually correct:

C – You have the opinion, ‘She did this to me on purpose’?

If this doesn’t work, how can I clarify the C-line?
