Call to actions when running a funnel

I just created a 5 day mini video series funnel that goes to a $99 workshop that helps people stop binge eating.
My question is this: How do you strike a balance between letting people know we have the workshop available without overdoing it?
Should there be a CTA in each video and in each email letting people know I have this workshop if they want to dive deeper?
Or keep it just to the email and not mention it in the videos?
Or maybe a mix of both but not have a CTA every day?
Is there a standard formula for this or should I unapologetically blast it out every chance I have in the funnel?
