Catching myself sabotaging new weightloss coaching business with buffering and overeating

I just started working with my first client with my weightloss mindset coaching business, it’s gone well so far and she’s referring me her friends. I feel like I should be happy about this, and I mostly am, but for some reason it’s bringing back a lot of feelings around food, which I thought I’d dealt with years ago when I went through a massive weight transformation. After my last discovery call, I had 3 dinners! Also, I have a referral I need to answer with a link to my website/scheduler and I just caught myself buffering with Instagram. I’m guessing on some level this is normal, but I’d like to knock it off. I didn’t go through all this to push away success, at least not intentionally. Thoughts?
