Coach not delivering what is in their contract


I have hired a business coach that provides weekly group coaching as well as 1x per month individual coaching. One of the main reasons I hired this coach was that weekly check-ins via email or Voxer is included within the package.

During my Initial conversation with the coach she confirmed that verbally as well as it is clearly stated in her contract that she replies within 24-48 hours during the week. Since beginning in August, that has not been the case.

When I asked her directly about it in our next one to one session…She replied “unless it is a a dire emergency I don’t reply” What??? I asked others in the group if they have had the same experience, and they have. I have paid 10k for this 6 month program. She said that she doesn’t give refunds but she also hasn’t followed through on her end as well. How do I handle this?
