Coaching a client around pricing

My client is a jewellery designer whose brand has grown this year. She’s in her late 20s so this is new and exciting for her. I’ve been coaching her throughout. She’s just been approached by another jewellery designer and asked if she could consult her. My client is over the moon but did not know where to begin with pricing.
I coached her around it and was happy with my response, but it made me think – what would Brooke say? I swear you had a podcast episode around it, or somewhere else. What would you say to client about figuring out pricing for consultancy services which are at present a one off. They may be more frequent later for her, but they’re not her main source of income.
