Coaching friends

What’s your recommendation when it comes to friends that start venting their issues to you and you realize they have a mindset challenge you can help with? I’m a SCS and also a wellness and nutrition coach, so a lot of friends come to me with questions about their food, their stress, their weight, their kids eating challenges, etc… but oftentimes it’s the mindset what’s in the way. I typically share my general knowledge but I have some friends that I think would actually benefit from the accountability and from becoming my clients. I’d also benefit from having more clients. How would you handle this? Thanks!
