Combining Consulting Services and Coaching

Hi Brooke. I am leaving my job as an executive director of a non profit at the end of June, (a position that I have held for 6 years). I have worked in the sector for almost 20 and have secured several consulting contracts beginning this summer. The focus of my consulting services are program and leadership development. I would also like to offer coaching to non profit executives among the services. I think coaching is an essential service in developing healthy leaders, organization and programs. That said, I would like your opinion on whether the combination of consulting and coaching services dilutes the business model? Should I narrow my offerings?
