I’m currently in Self Coaching Scholars and have a high-powered corporate career. The more time I spend in scholars, the more I think I could help a ton of people by combining some of the tools that Brooke teaches with what I’ve learned through other teachers (and corporate life). I know what my niche would be, and was able to create a high-level outline of a coaching program and business model fairly rapidly. But I haven’t yet taken the plunge to sign up for coach certification. Is combining philosophies something that the LCS supports in its coaches, or is one encouraged to stick to the model as a coach?
