Constraint vs 25 fails

I have spent 2021 building my team and my business and have created over $900,000 in revenue. I created a similar result in 2020 (with a lot more drama and stress). So I’m making great progress! My question is I’ve been working on an impossible goal of $3 million in revenue and trying as many things as I could fit onto our calendar. We have 10+ different products and delivering them is a LOT of work! On a certified coach call recently I heard Brooke say NOT to do all the things and to constrain down to only a few things and get really good at doing them.

My question is how do I reconcile doing 25 fails per quarter while also constraining down to a limited number of activities?
