I’m going through a tough time with my business. I have a promotion marketing agency for the past 14 years. It’s just me and I use freelance people when needed. Normally I average $130,000 a year, but because I work with hotels, covid has really hurt my business this year.

I can’t figure out whether that’s why I have zero motivation with my work or whether I just don’t enjoy what I do anymore. Things are tough so I have to work 10 times harder to close one deal than before but instead I find myself working less because I get bummed this happened.

I even have thoughts of closing the business and getting a job, but then I think, is that practical after all those years to give this up when I have 3 kids and work from home?
