Creating An Irresistible Offer


I am very confident in my coaching package and pricing.
What I need help with is creating the “irresistible offer” to help me with the consult process?

I’m getting consults each week but what I am thinking about is offering the first month with a money-back guarantee. In the first month of my one-on-one coaching program, I offer two assessments (one focuses on attitudes and the other on their career strengths), plus we work on starting to tell their career story and identify their professional value.

I have never had a paying client want their money back.
So, does making this irresistible offer help my potential clients make their decision if they knew it was a “fail-safe?”
