Creating SOP and Hiring and Assistant


First I want to say I absolutely love the Entrepreneurial Management program. I learned so much and I have now realized I need to get started with SOP and hiring an assistant. I have been wanting to hire an assistant for a while now and I felt like I just didn’t have the time to train them. I own a small scale assisted living business out of residential homes and we are rapidly expanding. I don’t know where to start with creating SOP. I am curious to know how other people do it as far as the programs they use and how they start it.
