I have been struggling with issues of self-confidence.
From the feedback I have received from colleagues, clients and from my own self-assessment, the lack of assurance is what keeps me from getting the results I want and increasing my clientele.
Changing thoughts about this is very challenging for me. I just don’t believe in myself enough or that I can create value for my clients. I think there are better, clever, faster attorneys out there. I’m struggling with these thoughts and lack of self-confidence even though I was a straight A student and went to an Ivy League law school.
Any suggestions how to tackle this?
