I just took the Monday Hour One course and I’m obsessed. I already have been doing something similar after listening to Brooke’s podcast on “Do Goals” a few years ago, but am very excited to have a clearer system now.
My question is about how bigger 90-day goals fit into the Monday Hour One system in terms of planning. Would you suggest that I write out my 90 day goal(s) and everything that needs to be done to accomplish that goal first? And then assign those “90-day goal to-dos” each week during Monday Hour One? Or assign each “90-day goal to-do” on the calendar by week FIRST and then plan the remainder of my week around those 90-day goal to-dos? Thanks!
