Don’t know if I can commit to doing all the work in 2k for 2k like I did in scholars for weight loss

I joined scholars in February because I was desperate to lose weight. I went ALL IN and lost 80 lbs. I was so proud of myself for constraining, focusing, really committing and showing up for myself.

I want to join Stacey’s 2k for 2k program. I noticed I was feeling unsure of being able to follow through on the work/being able to make it as much of a success as weight loss was. Joining scholars was my first big investment in myself and in coaching and it 100% paid off because I showed up and did everything Brooke told me to. I want to do 2k for 2k the same way. I want to invest this money knowing that I will make it worth it, not let it go to waste like I did years ago with B-school (before thought work). I want to make this worth it. Brain says: it was a fluke, you won’t be able to replicate it, that focus and constraint success was a one-time deal.

UM:
C: Opportunity to join 2k for 2k, Coach friend suggested I join it, zero clients in my going paperless with ADHD program/niche in my business, set a goal the other day to make 100k by 12/31/21
T: I can’t count on myself to do all the work.
F: Unsure
A: Don’t join 2k for 2k
R: I don’t do any of the work.

A: Join 2k for 2k
– Schedule the work in my calendar MHO style
– Show up to time blocks in calendar and do that work I planned
– Do the work while processing negative emotions and allowing urges to procrastinate, give up, quit the program, buffer with busy work, or other buffers
– Commit to doing all the work, not leaving any detail out
– Trust and believe in Stacey’s program (say to myself that this IS the path, but whether it works and gets me results is up to me)
– Suspend disbelief in myself, give myself a chance to make this a success
– Believe in myself/my ability to make a commitment and follow through, believe that I will get results if I do the work
– I do all the work
– I show up to the calls
– I get coached even when it’s uncomfortable
– I acknowledge where I’m struggling and post in ask a coach to get help even if I’m unsure what my problem is
– Not dismiss my struggling
– Not say “I’ll figure it out on my own, I know it’s just my thoughts”
– Not blame the program if I’m not getting results
– I don’t make excuses for why it’s not working, I figure out how to make it work
– Take responsibility for my (lack of) results (if that happens), and use my prefrontal cortex to assess what I’ve not been doing that’s not leading me to getting the results I want in my business (clients, and money)
R: I get results (clients and money) (because I showed up and did all the work).
