Economy of words

I watch you coach and I so admire your economy of words.

Did you always have this style of coaching, or did it come through your 12+ years of experience, honing your tools and your teachings?

As a life coach myself, I try to strike a good balance between teaching, listening, and coaching, but I sometimes come out of sessions wondering if I talked too much. I don’t babble, I don’t interrupt, and I offer queues for my client to jump in, but I feel I’m still figuring out the right mix and pace.

Do you have any insights or advice to share about that? Thank you in advance!
