There is an employee I have that when we talk regarding corrective action and accountability she blames the boss or threatens to quit. Since we deal with patient emergencies, she will not pick up calls and maybe just barely a text on her days off. Due to covid and the shortage of employees in the workforce, I am scared to make changes and not sure how to proceed.
