I don’t think of myself as an entrepreneur because I’m a veterinarian who has recently become a third partner in a practice.
So I’m learning to manage and what it means to be a boss but very guided by my partners who have been running the practice for 20 years.
The practice does well and is solid.
My main challenge is the people aspect.
Would the entrepreneur management course be useful in this setting?
I’m not looking to grow or scale my business just make it the best it can be. And try to steer the people into a better team in the process.
