My niche: faith based women who are successful professionally , active in their church, passionate about community service but overweight and overwhelmed when it comes to their own self care

When I’m out networking do you recommend I say I help faith based women release weight and overwhelm OR do I need to narrow my niche even more to add something like …successful faith based women with a passion to contribute to their community and church who are 20 lbs overweight? In other words do I need to have a number of pounds they need to lose?

Because I include the Bible in my teaching I want it to be clear that I am a faith based coach. I also want it to be clear that I can help them release weight AND also step into the bigger things GOD has for them if they silence the inner critic(that’s the second part of my work). My concern is what should be my top line comment about my niche?
