Fear of a being fully booked

Recently, while trying to understand why I don’t follow my Sunday hour one, I noticed that I have a fear of being overworked. I worked two jobs when I was younger and then again later in corporate America, and now I am solely working on growing my coaching business.

For the last 6 months, my plan has been to make offers and put value out ahead of time; however, I don’t stick to my Sunday Hour One. I think it’s because I think if my practice is full, I will have to work more and become physically tired, and also, I have a responsibility to get my clients results. And can I really help 15 – 20 clients at a time?
