C – I have an idea for marketing my life coaching.
T – I am afraid it will work and then I will be stuck doing it.
F – Scared, caged in, obligated (not sure which is most prevalent)
A – Don’t approach the necessary people to share my idea, don’t succeed in a big way, don’t take massive action, don’t try it to see if it works, decide it won’t work, decide I am not smart enough to pull this off anyway, think that I don’t want my days tied up, don’t create materials, don’t think about the help it will provide to the people who need it.
R – ? (Maybe that I won’t fulfill my mission of seeing what’s possible as a life coach?)
