Feeling no resistance to goals

I am starting to think I am feeling no resistance to my goals, and not achieving them, because I don’t really think they are possible. Of course when I say that I feel a lot of resistance. How do I know if it’s just taking the time it needs to take versus lacking adequate belief? When I answer that question I want to just decide that it is the former. But then I question if that is right. Perhaps it is a self trust issue? Like I don’t trust myself to know the difference?
