Thank you for your answer. I did a thought download on this, and found out my thoughts about NOT sharing this info was because if we have a bad month or sales are down I feel responsible, guilty, like I have not done a good job in our marketing/advertising, and I am not a good leader/owner. Wow! I thought I just didn’t want them to know the sensitive information of finances. But, I’m having a hard time finding alternate thoughts. I DO feel like it’s my responsibility and that when we have a bad month that I haven’t done as much as I should to get business in. But I don’t think those thoughts are serving me ie motivating me to work harder. Are there other thoughts you can suggest to serve me? Thanks
