Hi, I am in the process of finding the right coach to help me take my practice to the 6-7 figure mark. I have had success but need help busting through the next level. I am looking specifically for 1:1 time or a combination of both (with a very strategic mastermind)

Should I be looking for someone who has achieved that themselves in their practice? What are some key things to look for in a coach at this level?
