I have been in Scholars a few months and I have my first coaching client booked. I haven’t done certification (I would love to in the future) and I am having a lot of self doubt. I do not actually know how to structure a coaching call/course of coaching sessions. I have all the enthusiasm but its dawned on me that I do not know what I am doing.
