Hi coaches! A while back I asked here for guidance on how to “sell” opposing attorneys — who may have little authority in representing a large corporation — into paying more to settle cases. I’ve decided I want to ask my own brain about this. It’s been percolating in my mind ever since I posed the question. I know that if I can come up with something new that nobody has come up with before, I will have literal gold to help my clients, myself, and other attorneys who come to me for advice.
