Thank you for answering my question regarding etiquette with emails. I only want to do the emails without permission to gain support from other women and promote a sense of community in how we take care of each other. I am offering free 30 minute sessions as well.

I also have a website where people subscribe to my emails officially. I want to do both, with and without permission. I feel like I can reach more people that way and since that is what I think, that is the result I will create:) Thank you.
