I’m asking a practical question about what Brooke means when she says the first 100K requires hustle and working FT. I know ideally the profit from year 1 is invested in full back into the business, and the greater the investment the greater the foundation to scale and grow in subsequent years. I know it’s not just about hours put in but how you use those hours and what you get done in them. That said, I’d like to better understand what’s underneath “FT” so I can decide for myself what it will take for me.
