Hi, I’m wondering if you have any suggestions for nice online form builders (ideally free or low cost) that your coaches use in their own 1-to-1 coaching businesses to collect info from clients (i.e. intake forms, questionnaires, etc.). I’m familiar with Type Formx and currently exploring Cognito forms. Just wondering if there are other ones you (or your coaches) like to use. I’m looking for a fillable form, as opposed to just a word document. Thank you.
