Future Self & Time/ schedule.

I’m having trouble with managing my time and thinking of my future self. I keep going to my future self for answers- but her schedule is very different than mine is now.

My future self gets adequate sleep. She has focus time with her family daily that is scheduled in where she doesn’t answer business calls during this time,  etc.

Because I currently work 40 + hours a week at a hospital while I build my coaching business- I’m having trouble with this. I don’t have many hours once I get home- so seems like sacrificing sleep is necessary. I also don’t have uninterrupted time with my family because again, I need time to work my business.

I have a 1, 3, and 5 year old who crave for my attention after I get home from working all day. Once I cook them dinner, do bath and reading time – it’s close to bedtime already and to start all over again the next day.

I don’t watch TV. I don’t spend my weekends partying. I try to be very intentional with my time but I still find myself struggling to “fit it all in.” I do Monday hour one and it has been helpful. BUT I still haven’t been able to find a schedule that my future self would love. I don’t want to argue for my limitations. I’ve tried asking myself “HOW can I fit this all in??” And my brain keeps giving me non-helpful answers like “you can’t! You have 24 hrs in a day so stop trying to build a giant business this year. It’s just not your season.” Ugh.
