Group or One on One

I had a free group coaching for a month. Loved it. 26 people signed up and we met once on Saturdays and coached on various things. I always hear that you need to do so many one on ones before you do groups. I actually felt there was more easy with the group coaching. Felt almost easier.

So I have decided that my main program will be group coaching.

Now some of my group coaching students want to work one on one with me.

I don’t want to do that. Do I just come out and say that I don’t do one on ones any more? It sounds snobbish and not relatable. But I actually want to phase out the one on ones altogether.

Is that ok? To pick a path and stick to your guns? Do some coaches still do both?
