I want to grow my business so that I can quit my full-time job so I have the flexibility I want and greater earning capacity. I currently work 40 hours in my full-time job and a few hours on the side each week in my own business. I want to replace my income, which, with taxes, means I need to create just under $100k in my business.

I can’t get past the thought that to do that, I need to work all the time. I did the actual math this morning and it is about 15 hours a week billable in a 50-week year to make $100k.

Can you coach me on this, please?
